The Agreement between you and Accommodations Plus.

Thank you for using our online reservations services available at www.InternTempHousing.com (the "Website"). The following terms and conditions (the "Terms of Use") apply to your use of the Website. By using the Website to place an online reservation, you explicitly accept these Terms of Use. In all online apartment reservation cases, Accommodations Plus and a Website user ("the Client") will enter into a separate written agreement or contract providing other terms and conditions of our agreement and incorporating these Terms of Use by reference.

Client Information Requirements

To assure the value of InternTempHousing services, you agree that all of the information you have provided to InternTempHousing in the registration and reservation process, whether online or otherwise, is accurate and complete.

Accuracy of Website Content

Whereas we have attempted to provide accurate information on the Website, Accommodations Plus assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information. All information provided on this Website is provided "as is" with all faults without warranty of any kind, either express or implied.

Protection of Personal and Confidential Information

Accommodations Plus affirmatively agrees to hold the personal information acquired in the online reservation process in confidence, using the same degree of care that we would use to protect our own confidential and proprietary information. The confidential information of the Client shall be used by Accommodations Plus for sole purposes of performing obligations under contract with the Client. Accommodations Plus shall take all precautions necessary and appropriate to guard the confidentiality of the information.

Limitation of Liability

Accommodations Plus takes every reasonable measure to ensure that the Website and eCommerce applications are secure, it will have no liability whatsoever for any claims, losses, damages or actions resulting from potential security breaches.
