All our properties are hand picked and are located within 10 minutes from the area hospitals.

What if I want a property not listed on your site?
If you have a specific request, please call us and we will do the best we can to accommodate you.
How will I control the cost?
Everything you choose has a fixed price. With each option you choose you will be given the running total of your monthly cost. There are no suprises with our service. You see, up front, exactly what your monthly costs will be and you can tailor the costs based on your needs.
What kind of furniture do you use?
Comfort is our standard. We will deliver high quality furnishings; this will also include pillow top mattresses.
How will I know my reservation is confirmed?
You will receive a confirmation via email. This will give you your unit number and any other pertinent information you will need for your apartment.
How will I move in?
On your confirmation you will receive you will get a time and date for key pick up at the property. They will be waiting for your arrival.
What if I have a late arrival?
This will have to be arranged with our office. You will be given a alternative key pick up location.
